We aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, you can directly track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we are not offering this service currently. But, we do accept the return for reasonable excuse(s) such as:
1. You received a defect item(s)
2. You received a faulty item(s)
3. You received an incorrect item(s) as in your order.
Upon receiving item(s), you have a week to return any item within your order (sale & promotional items must be returned within 3 days). In all cases, the items returned must be unworn and in their original condition, which includes any packaging and tags. For example, shoes should be returned along with the original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
When trying on items, please ensure that they are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, foods, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
It may take up to 3 days for us to receive your returned item(s), depending on which courier service you use. However once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and process the return which may take up to 7 days.
So you are kept informed, we will send you an notification confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our storehouse, and you must return items at your own cost. Please ensure you pack your return item(s) to prevent any damage to the items or boxes, as at the inspection stage could prevent you from receiving a refund. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in defected state.
You are free to return via any courier and obtain proof of postage. Please retain your receipt for records.

In some cases you may not have been refunded the full amount. The delivery charge will not be refunded to orders cancelled or if the goods are faulty / in error.
For return and refund cases, once we receive your item/s, we will inspect first and the process sometimes may takes up to 3-4 days. As soon we are confident that the goods have been returned in their original condition we will process a refund. But please contact us only if the 14 days have passed and you have not received a refund.
Please note: The items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any items which are returned with marks or spoilage on, or which have been used cannot be refunded, and our Customer Service team will make you know that we are unable to do so.
For refund because of cancelation of purchase cases, unfortunately we are only offering this for certain cases such as:
1. Paid for out of stocks / unavailable stocks
2. Paid for defect stocks and wish to return it, but the item you are requesting is unavailable.
3. Our technical problems.
